The entry-level is Warranty Support which is provided directly by Dassault Systèmes. Warranty Support is provided by recurring software licence charges. This service protects client investment in our solutions by the maintenance and enhancement of existing products over the lifetime of your project or long-term engagement.

This service includes:

  • On-line search for known defects and fixes
  • Download maintenance fixes
  • On-line Defect reporting
  • Defect problem reporting by Email, Fax & Post
  • Targeted response times
